When I applied it I felt exactly how you explained. It's pretty chilly out and my skin can be oily/combo during the cooler times. I love Glow Recipe and when I bought the moisturizer it just didn't give me that plump dewy skin I wanted. It honestly felt really sticky and tacky, though I did try it during the hot times (bought the minis) and it worked a lot better. This is why when I tried it out now I was a bit surprised at the tacky consistency. I will keep it, as in my area the heat is super unbearable humid galore. Honestly, the only product my skin has really felt hydrated and plump was using the Benton Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel. It was really the only one that left my skin so plump all night.
